General Overview

  • Scenarios status can only be set from the top-level list.
  • Groups status can only be set from the top-level, entities status changes inside groups recursively.
  • There is no way to have mixed statuses of entities (i.e., you cannot deactivate a scenario in an in nested group; you need to set the proper status on the top-level entity).
  • Deactivated scenarios cannot be published/promoted and there is no way to modify content for a deactivated scenario. If a user comes from a direct link to a deactivated scenario, they will be redirected to the main list view.
  • Deactivated entities cannot be drag-and-dropped.
